Send us a message through the contact form, email us or call during office hours. Tell us which building or apartment you are interested in and when you are free, and we will confirm a time with you.

We have three residential buildings in Nicosia, Cyprus: RIGID 1 on Pierias Street, RIGID 2 on Stadiou Street and RIGID 3 on Ektoros Street. Each building page has a directions link.

The prices and availability shown are current at the time we update the listing, but a listing is not an offer. Rent, deposit, term and what is included are set out in the written tenancy agreement you sign with us.

Rent is paid by bank transfer to the account details in your tenancy agreement. We do not take card payments through the website or the app, and we never ask for card or bank login details.

Residents submit a maintenance request in the resident portal or the RIGID app and can follow its status there. For something urgent, such as a water leak or a power fault affecting the building, call us on the number in the footer.

Once your tenancy is signed, management gives you a one-time invite code. You use it to create your resident account on the website or in the app, and both sign-ins are the same account.
